Same Day Delivery

JV Studios now offers Same Day Delivery within the Ottawa/Gatineau area. Orders are delivered within four hours of your checkout time. Orders must be received before noon for Same Day Delivery, any order received after will be delivered the next day. See below for details.  

Same Day Delivery is available for the following postal codes:

How much does it cost?

Same Day Delivery is a flat fee of $25 in all the above postal codes.

When will my order arrive?

Same Day Delivery is available between 10am and 5pm EST Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders placed after 12pm will be delivered between 10am and 1pm the following business day. We are not able to accommodate specific delivery time requests.

How will my order be delivered?

Your order will be hand delivered by a local courier within four hours of your order. A signature is required in order to release your package. If you are unable to provide one but would like the package to be dropped off anyways, please specify this in the Special Instructions part at checkout. We will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages if you agree to this. 

What if I am not available at the time of delivery?

If you are not available upon order delivery, your order will be returned to JV Studio's and our customer service team will contact you via email. Please keep in mind, your Same Day Delivery fee is nonrefundable and will not be applied to any additional delivery services. (We do offer pick up at our store at no charge.)

What if I need to change my delivery time or location?

Same Day Delivery orders cannot be changed or cancelled due to the speedy nature of the process. If your order is sent back to us we will contact you before redelivering. Redelivery the following business day will incur an additional $20 fee. 

What if I have special instructions - like my buzzer is broken?

At the last step in the Checkout process there is a box for Special Instructions. Please include it there.
