Return Policy

RETURNS:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it for refund or store credit/exchange, within 14 days of purchase. Items must be in its original condition with all tags and packaging still on, and a proof of purchase is required.

All beauty products, sale items, and gift certificates are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.  

All shipping charges for online orders are nonrefundable.

RETURNS IN THE EVENT OF COVID-19 CLOSURE: 

In the event of a COVID-19 lockdown, we endeavour to make your shopping experience as easy as possible. 

When curbside pick-up is allowed, we offer safe drop-off returns. This means you can bring your item back to us and we will refund it to the card used for your online purchase. We only process the refund after the item or items have been brought back to us in it’s original condition with all packaging and tags. 

If your items were a gift, we need proof of purchase so that we are able to link it to a transaction and then provide you with a giftcard. We will swap the gift card for the item when you bring it for drop-off. 

We ask that you call or email in advance so that we know you are coming for a return and have time to prepare a gift card if need be.

REPAIRS:

All jewellery purchased at JV has a two month warranty that covers any unforeseen designer defects. To honour this warranty, we must have proof of purchase. 

Handmade jewellery is delicate and we encourage proper care instructions to be followed. As such, we do not cover wear and tear that has resulted from improper care. We stand behind the quality of our jewellery and know the strength of our brands. For detailed care instructions see our Jewellery Care Guide. 

We do not repair jewellery that is not from JV.
